Hello, I am interested in participating in the UK Bebras challenge. However, my school is unable to participate in this challenge, so I plan to sign up individually. Is there any way to do this?

Hi Irene,
Technically, that is still the case for the OUCC Challenge.
However, we would encourage your son to take part in this year’s UK Bebras Challenge as each year there is a new set of Bebras tasks to solve and every two years your son would be entered for a new age appropriate Bebras Challenge.

My son was invited to OUCC Challenge this year but did not get through Round 1 and he would like to try again. Would he need to pass Bebras this year? I remember reading on Bebras site that Once a child has passed and got invited to OUCC he is not required to pass Bebras again. Is it still the case? TIA Irina
